Well Run, Friendly & Professional
A well run dealership with friendly & professional staff. I went with my husband to test drive a Subaru Forester. We dealt with Luke, who was superb! The car was very well presented, we were impressed with the test drive, negotiated a good deal with no hassle or pressure & purchased the car. A very pleasant experience & so much better than the other dealers we had visited!

Superb
Traded in my jaguar for a Range Rover velour
The service I received from Paul was excellent couldn’t fault him at all. When I collected new car it was prestine Paul had already supplied and fitted my personal No plate and also set up my phone for me

Excellent professional service received from Paul.
We went into buy a used van, his knowledge was very good, he answered our questions, was very polite & professional throughout the sale, kept us informed whilst waiting to get the van, which was serviced and a MOT done also warranty. Finding a used automatic small car to meet specifications

MoT Test for 53 year old TVR

Only Popped in for an MOT!
I had an MOT booked in, opted to sit and wait, only an hour and the coffee is OK (& Biscuits, good choice too!) Whilst sat there, had finished my mail catch up, so wandered into the showroom and got talking to a nice chap called Paul, we were going through the BMW stock. Quite liked one of the cars, so Paul arranged a test drive for me. One week later, they have taken my old car and settled the finance, set-up a new finance and I'm driving my new car as of yesterday!
I'm very impressed, the ease of the whole process, and knowledge of the staff, First Class! Thanks to Paul Davey and the Team at West Heath - very happy customer!

Car Purchase
It was bank holiday,and we went to pick our BMW up.
We really do appreciate the chap was on his own and busy.The handover was all done quickly lindoors,The car hadn’t been valeted inside so for that I would have expected a small bit of comprise/gesture from garage In some way maybe!
But overall,fuel especially,everything was fine,car seems fine also,it’s just observation not complaining.Thanks

Purchase used Mini Countryman
This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Nigel and his team. I have always found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The sales team are very friendly and nothing was a problem; a special mention to James for all his help and information, organising the test drive, and the handover was straight forward and an easy experience too. Fantastic 5 star service
Having traveled 1.5 hours to get here we were so pleased we did, not only were the cars all top quality but the service we received was second to none, I will certainly be using this garage the in future for vehicle purchases, Paul was our first and main contact and so helpful, a true credit to the company, our vehicle was delivered to us at the exact time we were told it would be. Buying a new car
The whole experience from trading in my car and buying my new car was incredibly smooth.
Any snags were no trouble and would certainly use the dealer again. Paul Davey is a huge asset to the garage, just a very nice chap to deal with.

Great Customer Service
Bought a second hand Golf from West Heath. Paul was great, very easy to deal with, informative and available for info as needed.
RAC warranty gives great piece of mind and all areas discussed after the test drive dealt with.

Great experience.
Was a fantastic experience. We arrived at site welcomed by olly. He went and got car from compound. Car was nicely presented got a good price on part ex.
Car was serviced and new cambelt fitted as was due all with in sale price. Collected car on date scheduled it was all re valeted and transaction was smoothly finished off by olly.
Would highly recommend to any one.
I know he is a trainee at the moment but a fantastic guy.
All the best to Westheath garage.

Great Service
Bought a Hyundai i10 recently. The whole purchase was dealt with remotely and professionally by James and Oli. The car was serviced, MOT'd and then delivered free of charge.
4 new tyres and a 2 year warranty were included.
We are very happy with the car and the excellent service provided.

Brilliant Service
We have just purchased a used car from West Heath Motors, in all the experience was the best I have ever received from a motor dealer. Oli, sold us the car, there was no pressure and no rush with the test drive. He also managed to rearrange the delivery date a couple of days early for us, there was no fuss. We thoroughly recommend WHM.

The customer service was really very very good. After our initial phone enquiry with James, the car was ready and waiting for us to test drive. James was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Good car, brakes a bit iffy
Good car on the whole. Drives well, like the colour, garage fairly easy to deal with. Brakes are iffy (squeaky/less responsive than expected) despite service/garage inspection.
