            Performance A45
Recently part exchange a car with 3yrs old Mercedes A45 from Stephen James.

Car is fantastic, looks and performs beautifully.

Service I have received from Sales Executives especially Stefan over there was 2nd to none.
He was prompt, responded to all my queries without hesitation.
On Stefan’s absence Luke was available and gladly resolved any paperwork issues.

In the end arranging all the paperwork took no time as the guys were prepared to handle the case in really professional manner.

I can recommend this dealership and give the overall service received from them 5 stars.

I got my BMW earlier this year and honestly couldn't have asked for better service. Robert guided me through every step of the process from start to finish and made everything so easy. He even called me afterwards to check that everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. Hayley was also fantastic throughout the whole experience. She made sure I was happy every step of the way and that everything met my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Robert and Hayley – they both went above and beyond to make the experience a great one.

I recently purchased a car and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Robert made the whole process incredibly straightforward from start to finish. From the day I first enquired about the car to collecting it, everything was completed within just 3 days, including settling my existing finance and arranging the new finance. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered any questions I had, and made everything as swift and stress-free as possible. He also made sure the vehicle was fully prepared and ready for collection on time. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and efficient car buying experience. Thanks again for making everything so easy!

From my first visit through to collection, Dean and Lewis were outstanding — professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to making the process seamless. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they both are and how much they care about ensuring everything is right for the customer. Their passion for BMW and dedication to providing a first-class service made the experience not only stress-free but also enjoyable. On collection day, the attention to detail and the enthusiasm they showed left a lasting impression. It's rare to come across sales professionals who go above and beyond like this.

I really appreciated the fast and efficient service I received from Billy and Lewis and the rest of the team at BMW Blackheath. Thank you very much.
