Fantastic service highly recommend
We started out looking for a van for our dog walking service and as two women who didn’t really know what that were looking for really struggled in the beginning. We purchased a van from a company who lied about service history and we had to return it. This made us dubious going forward about what to look for.

A couple of friends recommended SCS I can see why!

From the minute we walked in it felt right!
I genuinely would only buy vans from here again.
Tom and his team were absolutely fantastic and we truly believe they went above and beyond to help us!

Super happy with all the service provided and will be singing there praises to anyone who will listen!

Another new van
When i need a new van i go and see Tom. He knows exactly what i want and virtually chooses the best van for me. He then arranges to buy and fit roof bars, roof tube which we always need. He then organizes sign writing including delivering and collecting the van from them. Perfect service.

Tom & Eden are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble, they go out of their way to ensure that everything runs smoothly & if it doesn't are quick to assist in any way possible. I would and have recommended SCS to anyone looking to buy a commercial vehicle. It doesn't matter where you are based in the UK they will be able to help!

Excellent after sales service, would buy from this garage again
Bought a vw transporter from Tom and the team at scs. No pressure in the sale and where very helpful. Live quite a long way from garage and after bought van noticed a few problems with the van. Tom was excellent throughout and sorted out repairs no problem. Would recommend the garage and would buy from them again.

Fantastic customer service
We had major problems finding a van due to the high demand at the moment. Having reserved two int his website (by accident) we were called straightaway bearing in mind this was 8pm at night cannot fault the customer service did everything they could to ensure my husband had a van within two days as he needs it for work! Excellent family run business who care about loyalty to customers our previous va was also from here . Highly recommend

Excellent service
I attended SCS, with the purpose of viewing a vehicle and possible purchase.
After meeting the salesman I was left alone to view it, and had a test drive. Really happy with the service, no pressure In buying.
After a couple of days I noticed an abs light staying on. Took it to my local garage, my mechanic contacted SCS after the work was carried out. Eden in accounts was fast to pay the bill. My mechanic was happy as he has had trouble with other Car Sales arguing over costs etc..
I will use them in the future and will continue to recommend.

Southern Commercial Sales
I popped in to SCS to look for a new van and spoke with a guy called Bill who was great. I phoned the next week and the phone was answered by Bills brother Tom. When I mentioned the van Tom asked "Is that Leigh?" In spite of running an obviously very busy garage Tom knew who I was, what van I was interested in and everything about it. I was very impressed. I bought the van a week later along with roof rack, seat covers and even sign written exactly as my old van all arranged for me with time taken to provide me with everything I wanted. It felt like I was his only customer! A completely stress free, enjoyable experience. Could not recommend this firm highly enough

Base van for a camper.
I’d been looking for a base van to convert for over a year. Saw the advert for the van as it was exact spec and no VAT to pay. As it was a VW,Private sales were similar if not more in price. I paid a refundable deposit, and planned to view travelling from the midlands by train. ( they even picked me up from the station)I queried the service history with the sales team (family business) and as no record of cambelt or DSG oil change had been done, the team did all the work before collection at their cost. Nearly a year on the van is well on the way to being converted and I’m using it as a daily. Amazing service and very grateful.

Highly recommended for complete peace of mind
The Sales and After Sales Team could not have been more professional with ensuring customer satisfaction. I have purchased over 20 used vehicles over last 45 years and this was by far the best experience. I received quality service and now have a quality vehicle.

Genuine help
I don't go anywhere else. I always go back to Tom when I need a van. After sales service is also brilliant. The whole team look after me from beginning to end, getting me back on the road in no time if something needs fixing. Lovely family business. Everyone's very friendly.

The van I bought from SCS has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. I had a tiny age related problem with it (outside of warranty by years) something the internet and Ford themselves were useless at helping with, I phoned SCS for advice on what they would do. Tom sourced a replacement part within 10 minutes. The perfect example of customer service, went above and beyond any expectation. Buying was a friendly no pushy approach, picking up the van (by far the cleanest second hand motor i've seen) was easy. SCS set the bar high!

i picked up a van today from scs. Tom the manager greeted me and let me look around the vehicle with no pressure on looking at it and being satisfied it was in good cosmetic condition he said take it for a test drive, i did so and was happy with the drive.we done the deal and had a pleasant chat about family and if i should have any problem with the vehicle don't hesitate to get in contact with him. i was very pleased with service and will give an updated review in a month.

Selling a van is easy. We have brought many vans from them and for us it has always been a pleasure to deal with them. Our vans like many are our most important tool. Scs has always bent over backwards for us. Even helping us with our old vans. Their aftercare is absolutely fantastic. My old business has been badly affected by COVID and I needed a van for my new business. I had no experience of buying a van before and Tom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a change of mind re the vehicle at the last minute to a slightly smaller one and Tom could not have been more helpful and understanding despite the hassle this caused for them. The new van is great, perfect for the new business and I can't thank Tom and his team enough for all their help.

This is a welcoming friendly family run business. My husband and I went to look for a van and found exactly what he wanted. We were greeted and dealt with by father and daughter both very professional and efficient in their work. Full of knowledge and helpful information. The showroom and office covid compliant and social awareness taken into consideration. The whole process was stress free and made so easy.
