I traveled from Norwich to see a Nissan qashqai and was very pleased with what I see the salesman terry couldn’t have been more helpful I found a couple of things wrong and he said he would put them right and true to his word he did I collected the car a week later and was picked up from train station by the owner of the garage what about for service had the car a week now and couldn’t be more pleased nothing around Norwich matched what they offered would definitely recommend

Brilliant service

Thanks to Mark Lamb for all the help with my car, which had broken down, was so helpful with booking in for repair I couldn’t ask for any better care. Excellent all round, I have had a few cars from mark and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks again Mark.

I bought a Skoda Superb from these guys in Sept., 2025 and have since done a 2300ml trip around the north of scotland with no problems, so far very happy. I would reccomend Selectacars to anybody as the trade in and sale were handled faultlesly by Mark.

We've bought 2 cars from these guys. 1st being X trail service was brilliant. Traded it in 18months later for a Velar, which we had a couple of issues with. Mark and his team were amazing in sorting these out. Needless to say we will be going back for a 3rd time when the time is right. Thanks again guys.

Always get my cars from Selectacar! I am on my third car each time I have traded in and traded up! They are always so helpful especially when I went for my first car on finance talked me through how it all worked etc. Cars always come with full MOT and serviced and beautifully clean!

Being in the motor trade myself, I've always been a bit sceptical about car dealers. But this place has proved me wrong. Great service from them. My car was lovely and clean, full service, a new MOT and I bought 12 months warranty from them.

Terry was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful unlike Mark who couldn't have been more grumpy if he tried. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Terry. This is the second car we have bought from Selectacars. Our first sale was by Mark and we almost didn't pursue the sale due to his negative attitude. Thank goodness for Terry!

Just recently purchased a car through Selectacars and was really impressed with both the customer service and quality of the vehicle. They had so many reasonably priced motors in the showroom we almost felt spoilt for choice. They gave us honest advice, were in no way pushy to sell to us and their vehicles are at very competitive prices.

I was nervous about used car dealerships having only owed one car from new. Bought a car during lockdown which was delivered to us here in Norwich. After a couple of weeks a fault appeared which we were able to get fixed at a local garage under the warranty. Mark at Selecta Cars was very efficient and helpful in both the buying and repair process.

We have had a very positive experience with Mark at Selectacars. We bought a second-hand car in late May to replace our main family car and negotiated a very fair price. Mark arranged for it to be delivered and when, upon delivery, we realised that there was only 1 car key, he agreed to go 50:50 on sourcing a replacement key and was true to his word. Excellent communication and customer service throughout the past few months and we would recommend them to anyone.
