This platform is the cornerstone of strategy, as the automation and future integration with our CRM system is future proofing the work! After two years of researching reputation platforms and discovering their predominantly USA based focus and many limitations, I was delighted to have made contact with Jean-Marie and Reputation Aegis. The company concepts, direction and features are revolutionising the customer intelligence industry to set new standards in monitoring customer care, There was a popular UK advert with Victor Kiam saying he loved Remington shavers so much he bought the company. I love Reputation Aegis and am now the UK Partner, as my pockets are not deep enough to buy it.
