Exceptional experience
The whole car buying process at Bluauto was excellent. The customer service was exceptional; we arrived on a busy Friday afternoon to an immediate welcome from Ben who guided us to a couple of cars suitable for budget and needs. A test drive for the Skoda Rapid followed, and Ben C then went through the rest of the process informatively and efficiently. He ensured the car had all advisories done from the most recent MOT including 2 new tyres and the car was spotless on handover. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for anything car related again after such a positive experience! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic!
Ben was very helpful, kept us up to date and even managed to get the car ready a day early! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Oh and they make a great cup of tea! 😄

Highly recommended
From the choice of cars, to the knowledge of the sales staff, the whole experience was amazing. Drinks were offered, and a the salesman had a brilliant sense of humour. No judgement in regard to the deposit amount I paid, and the clearly high standards seemed to be sought by everyone there. The standard of care put into customer service was far higher than expected, even down to the final polish of the car as I was arriving (due to dusty conditions at the time!). Phenomenal! Definitely purchase your car here if they have one you want.

Car purchase and sales service

Buying experience
My experience buying a BMW X3 from bluauto was second to none, the two Ben's and especially Victor who I mainly delt with was fantastic. Victor gave me a fair price for my part exchange and made buying my car extremely easy
Victor was very knowledgeable,not pushy and even made me and my wife a cup of tea . Top marks for bluauto easy 10 out of 10

First class service
Was looking for a good used car looked on the internet and auto trader etc. come across the exact car that I was looking for. So reserved on the website and got a phone call from a salesman Ben Rees-Webbe asking when I’d like to come in for a test drive which was going to be difficult to as I stay in Edinburgh as that was not really going to happen Ben sent me a full and thorough video of the vehicle outside and in as I was certain that I would love the car. Ben advised me the best way to get to the showroom was to fly down and take a small train journey as he would meet me in the car and when I got there he was true to his word and was there. Would have no hesitation of ever not recommending Bluauto and Ben Rees-webbe 5⭐️Charles

A very pleasant experience

Professional car dealing.
Good honest service offered by Ben in my latest purchase of a car from Bluauto.
All questions answered, high level of professional care given.
My only criticism would be offering to drive the car alone, it gives you more time to analyse your final purchase decision.

Good Experience
Overall my experience was very good. Professional and unpressured throughout. It was good to be able to inspect the car without a salesman hovering about and also the test drive was long enough to get a good feel for the car.
The "part-exchange" price was fair and there was room for negotiation.
I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Bluauto to anyone looking to buy a car

Excellent Service and Pricing
Recently purchased a lovely VW Golf from these guys. Amazing service and responsiveness from everyone, particularly from young Ben R.

Thorough and generous in making sure the vehicles are in perfect nick: brand new clutch, brake pads and a new tyre; beyond what I'd ever expect.

I'd definitely recommend BluAuto for their trustworthiness and reasonable pricing. They'll be my go to when I'm next in the market for a new ride.

Very pleasant experience
Recently bought a VW Scirocco from Bluauto and the whole process was without pressure and easy. They said they would put anything right that they found when checking the car and were as good as their word, replacing all 4 tyres and the rear discs and pads. Thank you!

Amazing service and very happy with my purchase

First class service!
I recently bought a low mileage, 2015 Mini Cooper S 2.0 from Bluauto and had a great experience from start to finish. Victor was friendly, helpful and never pushy. He made the whole process smooth and straightforward.
The car was well maintained, beautifully presented and everything was clearly explained with no surprises.

Great customer service

Helpful and flexible customer service

An outstanding level of professional & friendly service.
Bluauto in Uckfield is absolutely the nicest, most professional and efficient car dealership I've ever been to! Ben went above and beyond to accommodate everything and ease the process from start to finish. The car itself is in immaculate condition and exceeded my expectations, with brand new MOT, service inc 2 new front tyres and all valeted and ready to drive away. Minor issue
Popped back in with minor fault, annoying intermittent thing with a wing mirror, was of course working on that day. Anyway, was looked at, could not be fully diagnosed, and I am to get back in contact if fault occurs again: I am confident we will get it sorted.

Purchase of Polo TSI SEL
I saw a polo on the Bluauto website that I liked and reserved it. I took it for a test drive and purchased it. Ben Rees-Webbe looked after me professionally and the whole process was smooth and friendly. I have taken out an 18 month extended warranty for peace of mind and the Bluauto Service team will be able to service my car which is reassuring and convenient. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great trustworthy garage
Had my heart set on a mini, after 2 failed attempts from other garages not giving an honest description I came across Bluauto. They were very honest, helpful, answered all my questions, sent videos, and updates as promised. I had 100% trust in them, and they were true to their word. Excellent personal touch and couldn’t have been more helpful. Even offered to collect my husband from the train station! I’ve not changed my car in 11 years, so this really was a big deal to me. Great Experience
Had a really great experience buying my car from BlueAuto. From the start, everyone was super professional and friendly, and there was zero pressure at any point. I called up and booked a test drive for the next day, and Victor looked after us - he was great and always happy to help.

Before I picked the car up, Bluauto sorted the service, MOT and valet, and even replaced two tyres and two sets of brake pads at no extra cost, which was a really nice touch.

I was on a tight one-week turnaround before heading back to university, and they were really accommodating. Everything was done on time, communication was solid throughout, and the whole process was genuinely stress-free.

Would 100% recommend and would happily buy from them again.

Excellent sales centre
I had a really positive experience purchasing a used car from this showroom. The salesman came in on a Sunday, even though they’re technically closed, just so I could test drive the car. He was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the whole experience stress-free. Everything was straightforward and easy from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a used car.
