Great local dealership
Great team of people, friendly, knowledgable and not pushy.

Lots of good stock to choose from, warranty’s and extended warranty’s, service plans available but no pressure to use.

First rate!
My buying experience with Bluauto could not have been better. I am not local so made arrangements on Monday and viewed the car and drove it away on the Wednesday including a part exchange. Ben made the whole process seamless and nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable, patient , and dealt with all the paperwork and the D.V.L.A. The car was beautifully prepared and in first class condition.

Great Customer Service
I bought my VW Up from Bluauto this week and was very impressed with their customer care. Ben (younger) was very helpful and informative and completed all the necessary paperwork making it totally stress free. Brilliant customer service

Fantastic experience

Excellent Service
Firstly a huge thank you to the Maresfield branch for an excellent Major Service on my Mini today. Also an added bonus of a clean car.
They came highly recommended by a friend and also were the best value for money on a comparison site.
Secondly another huge thank you to the Ringles branch for arranging delivery and collection of my car making life a whole lot easier for me.
I did love the bonus of a free Leather Mini key ring which is brilliant so thank you to you.
I highly recommend this company for services. Am currently arranging a service plan which will help with costs of MOT and service for the next 3 years as we all know how expensive these things are.

A new car!
We have been using Blue Auto for some years having our cars serviced and Mot'd. Last year my husband bought a new car from Blue Auto which we have been really pleased with. When i decided to update my car, Blue Auto was the first garage I went to. Ben listened to my wish list and showed me 4 cars that fitted! I am thrilled with the one I bought. Professional but friendly people
I initially went to look at a Skoda estate car but with mobility issues decided that a saloon or estate car were no longer a viable option for me. The choice of great quality, competitively priced cars and friendly but professional team were able to assist me alternate options and I settled on a very nice SUV.
The service, communication and efficiency were excellent from beginning to end, with an extremely satisfying experience that made it easy for me.

Buy online with car been delivered
This was my first time buying a car online, without seeing it in person, and having it delivered straight to my home. Everything was very well thought out, and the system is extremely well organized. Great service and great car

Dealt with by Ben - extremely professional and relaxed persona which I like, but got the job done. I’m not interested in what I’d call ‘flannel’ when purchasing a product. I know what I went there for and wanted to do a deal. Ben recognised that and we wrapped it up quickly and efficiently, both parties happy with the deal. I'm happy to commend Bluauto. Professional and likeable folk, very relaxing experience and they do come across as fair minded, and knowledgeable.

I dealt with two delightful gentlemen - Ben and the young man, Victor. Both of them great guys. And I collected a clean car, freshly MOT'ed. Easy as swas car on website, visited and has a look made decision went back and a week later proud owner with absolutely no issues

Buying a new car.
No pressure. Happy to show you round the car at your own pace ,answer any questions you have with the right knowledge.
The team do everything for you from registration to changing a private plate. I would recommend the service plan for hassel free driving. I wish everything in life was that simple.

Amazing!!!!! From start to finish Bluauto were brilliant, we dealt with Ben @Bluauto and he was fantastic, he was professional honest and made the whole experience a pleasure. The car we brought was as expected and although its only been a few weeks we are so impressed! Buy a new car.
Buying a new car is a big decision and not to be made lightly. Bluauto made it one of the easiest and painless experiences I have ever had. They are there to help through any problems. I had a private plate to transfer, and they did it all for me.
I would recommend the service package,it just takes all the hassle of trying to remember when to service and MOT the car,so you can just relax and enjoy it.
There is no pressure or hard sell at Bluauto, I would recommend it to anyone.
I would just like to thank the staff for being so helpful ☺️.
